Steak and mushroom pie
Slow cooked local grass fed beef with mushrooms and red wine. Served in a short crust pastry case served with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes.

Bucks Beef Burger
Grass fed local beef in a toasted bun with melted cheese and two rashers of bacon. Served with skinny fries or hand cut chips and salad garnish.

10oz Sirloin steak
Centre cut sirloin of a local grass fed beef with grilled tomato and mushrooms. Served with hand cut chips, and a dressed salad.

Chicken in a garden herb, cream and wild mushroom
Pan fried chicken breast fillet set on sweet potato mash with seasonal vegetables.

Salmon Fillet
Blackened Salmon fillet served on saute new potatoes with seasonal vegetables and a garden chive and greek yogurt sauce.

Fish and Chips
Local deep fried cod fillet in beer batter served with hand cut chips and garden peas.

German Menu

A North Yorkshire pork chop cured here to a German recipe for five days. Slow braised in cider, apple and sauerkraut. Served with mashed potato, red cabbage, sauerkraut and a onion gravy.

Bavarian style goulash
Beef, pork, onions and peppers fried and cooked in a port and red wine sauce. Served with spaetzle and a dressed salad.

Hunter schnitzel
Pan fried breaded chicken schnitzel served with either spatzle or skinny fries, Bucks hunter sauce and a dressed salad.

Kasse spatzle
Swabian egg noodles with a mixed vegetable and tomato sauce, served with dressed side salad.​


All served in a sour dough bun skinny fries or hand cut chips and coleslaw

Grass fed locally raised beef with melted cheese, two rashers of bacon and chutney

German Wild Boar and Chorizo Burger
With Black Forest Ham, fried onions and melted cheddar

On a red onion marmalade and home made chutney

Frikadellen Burger (german pork burger)
Pork mince , mixed with german mustard , bread crumbs, diced and fried onions and eggs, with mustard and a German relish

Cajun Chicken Burger
Spicy Chicken breast fillet , bacon, avocado and Brie cheese

Vegetarian Burger
Two Quorn style burgers, melted cheese and garden tomatoes

Thursday night is Burger night

Any two burgers with a glass of house wine selected beer or soft drink

Friday night is Schnitzel night
